Dry ceramic facade — ventilated porcelain systems

A ventilated ceramic facade is porcelain or terracotta panels fixed mechanically to a substructure, without mortar.

Load travels through brackets and rails into the structure. The cavity manages moisture, and individual panels are easier to replace than in wet systems. The fixing must match panel weight, height, and wind.
